2Timothy 1:7 For ' God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of sound mind. 

Zachariah 4:6 Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the Lord unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts
 
1 John 4:18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: becuase fear has torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.

Act 1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witness unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
